The lovely Event #70: $5,000 No-Limit Hold’em 6-Handed broke its entry record with 815 participants. Team Winamax’s Joao Vieira, who started the day chip leader, came on top of this packed final table, defeating 2009 Main Event champion Joe Cada in the heads-up.

In Event #72: $10,000 Limit Hold’em Championship, Finland’s player Juha Helppi is the new world champion! Juha is a regular of the live circuit, he’s second on Finland’s all time money list with $7,426,146, behind the one and only Patrik Antonius!

In about 12 hours of play, Brandon Adams, a regular of the high roller live circuit, made his skills do the work to grab the bracelet of Event #74: $3,200 WSOP.com ONLINE No-Limit Hold’em High Roller. He defeated multiple bracelet holder, such as Norbert Szecsi (6th) and Calvin Anderson (4th). The event attracted a healthy 593 players in this 3rd edition of the online high roller.
