He finally did it! Starting second in chips at 10 left, Phil Hellmuth made it happen to reach his 16th bracelet, making him even harder to reach in the bracelet race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I’ve wanted a deuce-to-seven bracelet ever since the 1980’s because it was the coolest bracelet to win. It’s the one tournament that Chip, Doyle, and all the big named poker players showed up for.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phil tried to explain what happened the other days: “I’ve studied these games my whole life, so I have all the knowledge. What’s been killing me is that I get tired and I blow it. Or I get tilted and I blow it. I’ll be down here at the Rio and it’s one in the morning and I’m so tired. And I just play a bunch of bad hands and I’m out.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the $1,500 event #30: MONSTER STACK No-Limit Hold’em<\/strong>, Ryan Leng<\/strong>, winner of event #23 is in the chip lead. 2,342 players entered the tournament and the 148 remaining will battle for a nice $610k payday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

20 players are still trying to take the win in the $3,000 Event #32: H.O.R.S.E.<\/strong>, featuring Eli Elezra<\/strong> (2nd), Maria Ho<\/strong> (11th) and Daniel Negreanu<\/strong> (14th). 282 players entered the tournaments and $173k is up for the top prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
