It was to be expected…we didn’t have a new champion yesterday. However, we have six tournaments running nonetheless!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event #33: $10,000 Razz Championship<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Players are still playing at the time of writing. Michael Moncek<\/strong> has just took the lead. He’s battling Carlos Chadha<\/strong>, second in chips, and Jerry Wong<\/strong>, third and last remaining player. $298,682 will go to the last player.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several well known players were close but didn’t make it: Talal Shakerchi<\/strong> (5th), John Hennigan<\/strong> (6th) and Nick Schulman<\/strong> (11th).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event #34: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ten players remains in the event, lead by Robert Mizrachi<\/strong>, who will try to put his hands of a fifth bracelet and $298,192 in an event that registered 1,355 entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Familiar names were close to make the cut but fell near the end of the day, including Josh Arieh<\/strong> (13th), Daniel Negreanu<\/strong> (16th) and John Racener<\/strong> (18th).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event #35: $10,000 Secret Bounty No-Limit Hold’em<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The final eight players are set to return today for the final table and the big $733,317 prize. Chris Klodnicki<\/strong> (1 bracelet) will start as the chip leader, with a slight lead over Jeremy Ausmus<\/strong> (5 bracelets). Some other bracelet holder will return, including Angel Guillen<\/strong> (1 bracelet, 4th) and Barak Wisbrod<\/strong> (1 bracelet, 5th). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phil Hellmuth<\/strong> made a deep run but fell in 11th place, Matt Berkey<\/strong> losing in 15th place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event #36: $3,000 Nine Game Mix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The event made 361 registrations and now only 22 players have the chance for the trophy. $221,124 are up for grabs, with British pro Philip Long<\/strong> with the largest stack. Justin Liberto<\/strong> (3rd), runner-up a few days ago will come back, accompagnied by Shawn Buchanan<\/strong> (6th) and Scott Clements<\/strong> (8th).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many well known names made a deep run but won’t come back unfortunately: online legend Viktor Blom<\/strong> (26th), Eli Elezra<\/strong> (28th), Todd Brunson<\/strong> (30th), Dzmitry Urbanovich<\/strong> (34th) and Ari Engel<\/strong> (36th).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event #37: $2,000 No-Limit Holdem <\/strong>and Event #38: $10,000 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw Championship<\/strong> just finished day 1, so plenty of players remains. More tomorrow on these!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
