Event #38: $10,000 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw Championship<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Five bracelets for Benny Glaser<\/strong>! The British player defeated Oscar Johansson<\/strong>, winning $311,428 and now having more than $7M in live earnings. Interestingly, it’s the fourth winner this year to capture a fifth bracelet, joining Josh Arieh<\/strong>, Brian Yoon<\/strong> and John Monette<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I felt good coming into heads up today, I really love heads up and I’ve played a lot of it so I was pretty confident in my game there,”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event #40: $250,000 Super High Roller No-Limit Hold’em<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Chris Brewer started the day with the fifth stack and made the magic happen to be the last man standing and put the huge $5,2M prize into his newly deep pocket. The player now totals $15,3M in live earnings. Being labeled as the most unlucky WSOP player, Brewer finally showed his talent and turned the luck in his favor. He has had his four best performances in a year, including a $1M win in the \u20ac50k European Poker Tour in Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event #39: $1,500 MONSTER STACK No-Limit Hold’em<\/strong> has amassed a $11M prizepool from its 8,317 entries. Day 3 will resume today with 389 players, lead by David Vedral<\/strong>. We will also see the return of poker coach Fausto Valdez<\/strong>, Barry Greenstein<\/strong> and poker vlogger Ashley “PokerFaceAsh” Frank<\/strong>. The winner will add a $1,1M to his resume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event #41: $1,500 Big O<\/strong> registered 1,458 entries and 18 will return today. Gary Gwinn<\/strong> is our chip leader and has a good shot to win the $315,203 prize. The sensation of this event is the presence of Johnny Chan<\/strong> (12th), who will come back to try to win his 11th bracelet! He is currently tied for second in the bracelet race with Phil Ivey<\/strong> and Doyle Brunson<\/strong>, Phil Hellmuth<\/strong> still firmly at the top with 16 bracelets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event #43: $50,000 Poker Players Championship<\/strong> has 54 players remaining after one day, and currently has a $3,4M prizepool. Josh Arieh<\/strong> leads the debates, followed by Phil Ivey<\/strong> (2nd), James Obst<\/strong> (3rd), John Monnette<\/strong> (4th) and Viktor Blom<\/strong> (5th)!
