Event #64: $600 Deepstack Championship No-Limit Hold’em<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the start of the day, the three players all had a fair chance to win chip-wise. Canadian David Guay<\/strong> had the most solid resum\u00e9 with $1.2M in total live earnings, and made the experience talk to take down the $271,032 first prize. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I’m definitely going to be more emotional later,” Guay said about his feelings. “I’m going to call my mom soon to let her know,”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event #65: $5,000 6-Handed No-Limit Hold\u2019em<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

China’s Weiran Pu<\/strong> is our winner in thig big $5,5M prizepool event for $938,244. He put his hands on his first bracelet and China’s fifth this year after defeating Hungarian Norbert Szecsi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some words from Pu after the win: “I’m so thankful. I didn’t start traveling to play poker until this year. I went to the PCA and other events like EPT’s and the results were not what I expected. This is a big moment. It’s a big surprise because the first half of this year wasn’t so smooth. Right now I’m a social media influencer for poker in China. I’ve made hundreds of vlogs, but this one may be my biggest”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A high level three way will take place in Event #69: $10,000 No-Limit 2-7 Lowball Draw Championship<\/strong>: David “ODB” Baker<\/strong> (3 bracelets) leads with half the chips, followed by Chris Brewer<\/strong> (winner of the $250,000 High Roller) and Alex Livingston<\/strong> (1 bracelet won last year). The three player will return today to win $367,599.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After two days, Event #71: $50,000 HIGH ROLLER Pot-Limit Omaha<\/strong>, only 11 players remain in the tournament. There were 200 entries building a large prizepool of $9,5M, making the players eyeing a more than decent $2,303,017 top prize. Tyler Smith<\/strong> is the chip leader, and he will be joined by two other bracelet holders: Isaac Haxton<\/strong> (10th) and Ian Matakis<\/strong> (11th).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event #72: $10,000 Super Turbo Bounty No-Limit Hold’em<\/strong> had 642 entries and after a single day just 14 remains! The end of the tournament will be very entertaining as Phil Ivey<\/strong> (7th) returns, and he’s joined by Phil Hellmuth<\/strong> (9th). There is a big $803,818 to grab for the winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
