Event #5: Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Connor Drinan started and ended day 3 with the most chips to beat a field of 607 and grab his second WSOP bracelet. Drinan claimed in the end: “This win is dedicated to Mike Fasco for the expensive O/8 lessons“. His first bracelet was the huge online $10K WSOP Super MILLION$ where he took $1,4M.

Robert Mizrachi fell short from winning a 5th bracelet, but he defended his day 2 stack pretty well to finish at the 3rd place for $71,602.

Other events

The $25K event #6: High Roller No-Limit Hold’em 8-Handed ended with 5 players only with Tyler Cornell currently sitting with the biggest stack. He’ll face tonight Mustapha Kanit (4th) and Adrian Mateos (5th) to take the big $833K top spot.

Losing in the money were day 2 chip leader Jake Daniels (14th), but also Jason Koon (9th) and Paul Newey (7th).

In $1,500 event #7: Dealers Choice 6-Handed, half of the field is gone with 307 entries. The tournament is full of specialists as fan favorites Daniel Negreanu and Phil Hellmuth currently sits in the top 10.
