Santiago Soriano beats 3,759 players to get his hands on this Event #53 No-Limit Deepstack 8-Handed bracelet, Spain’s first bracelet of this edition. Worth mentioning that the heads-up was against Amir Lehavot, who finished 3rd at the 2012 main event.

After 7 cashes during this 2019 WSOP, Kevin Gerhart got his first bracelet in the event #54 $1,500 Razz, congratulations to him!

Kevin Gerhart

First cash and of this edition for Jonas Lauck in the Event #56 $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em Super Turbo Bounty.

Final table will continue tomorrow for the Event #50 Monster Stack – $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em with 6 players left, hoping to get the most of the $8,147,250 prizepool.

The atypical Tag Team Event #57 is still running with 48 players left. In this tournament you can set up teams of 2 to 4 players. The fun comes from the fact that players may tag a teammate anytime he/she is not in an active hand.

Also, the famous $50,000 Poker Players Championship Event #58 has 2/3 of its field remaining. Notables who lost, not in particular order: Stephen Chidwick, Matt Glantz, Scott Seiver, Michael Mizrachi, Julien Martini, Gus Hansen and Daniel Negreanu.

That’s all to digest for today, come back tomorrow for another course!
