Poker Analytics 6.9

Version 6.9 is an amazing version for tournament players that often travel to play.

Staking

It’s now possible to track staking inside the app in a super easy way.

There is actually two ways to track your tournaments, you can either do it individually, or by package!

Single tournament

If you want to sell action for a single tournament, you’ll see a button for that at the bottom of your tournament.

The button to sell action in your tournament
Tap on “Sell %”, easy!

You’ll then see a sheet to enter the information.

You just have to enter the percentage your backer buys, the markup, and its name (if you want), and that’s it! Poker Analytics will automatically compute your net result depending on how much action you sold, and how much each of your backer owe you, or how much you owe them 🙂

Groups

Before telling you about how to sell action on multiple tournaments, we need to introduce groups!

Groups are a great way to track poker trips, series, or whatever makes sense to you. You can add sessions and transactions to a group and track all that at once.

You can create your group as you’d create a new session, just select the appropriate option in the menu.

Creating a new group

A group is simply a name, and what’s important here for staking is that you can choose to sell action on that group. Note that if you sell action, all your sessions will be affected.

Then once your group is created you just have to save and then you can attach your sessions to a group!

Also NEW: you can now define a name on a tournament!

Now back to staking for a tournament package. If you’ve defined your group as staked, for all your tournaments in that group you now have the ability to define a markup and a maximum number of bullets. That number of bullets will be used to define the total amount of your package.

The summary of your action sold

You can then check the financial details of the group for each of your backers. Note that transactions are not automatically done for you if you want to track the exchanges with your backers. It’s up to you to manage it.

So that’s pretty much it for version 6.9. You can now manage the staking of your tournaments and create groups of sessions if you want to sell actions on multiple tournaments, or just track your trips in a more precise way.

We’d happy to hear from you, so let us know what you think about the new features!
