This last June 13th, Robert won his first bracelet ever in Event #33: $1,500 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw, besting 466 players for the title. Twenty days later, he repeats this sick run for a second bracelet, showing how good he is in all poker variants! What a great summer for the Aussie as he’s currently cashed 7 times with four final tables!

The double finger

An emotionally rich event as Yueqi Zhu has finished runner-up for the second time in three days!

More than pure. Whatever that next phase is after pure. It was really sick. I felt like ‘Holy f***ing s**t man, he just got barbecued, that poor man.” – A few kind words from Robert about his opponent.

However, Yueqi Zhu will be hard to pity as he’s currently ranked 7th in most cashes and bagged $454,535 this summer.

The possibly slightly frustrated Yueqi Zhu

As often in these specialists event we have a lot of notables running deep, with “The Mouth” close to win a 5th bracelet:

Vivian Saliba, probably making her sponsor pretty happy

The $1,000 Mini Main Event has stopped at 8 left. Only two days were necessary to eliminate most of the original 5,521 players that joined the starting blocks of the 30-minutes level tournament, which will pay a lovely $628,654 to its champion.

“That’s long enough!”; it might have been something Nick Schulman told himself before this final table. Seven years was long enough before getting his 3rd WSOP bracelet, even with some nice cashes along the way. Nick beat quite a heavy three-way composed of Brian Hastings in 2nd place, Joe Hachem in 3rd.

Unfortunately our favorite pros couldn’t find the way to the podium in the $50,000 Poker Players Championship, however Phillip Hui knew how to find it to take the win in the world class event. The Texan player is no stranger to the game as his first Hendon Mob line was signed in 2009, and won a first bracelet in 2014’s $3,000 Omaha Hi/Lo. Phillip is now 4th in the earnings leaderboard of this edition with no less than 9 cashes!

In Event #59: $600 No-Limit Hold’em DEEPSTACK CHAMPIONSHIP, Joe Foresman took the win and signed his first official live cash ever! A sick first for the recreational player living in Las Vegas.

Event #60: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi/Lo 8 or Better had lots of known names when starting the final table, and one of them, the famous Anthony Zinno, made it happen. The three-time WPT champion, now owner of two bracelets, enters the top 100 all time money list with $8,856,576 in live earning.

Event #62: $10,000 Razz stopped during the night when reaching the heads-up, where Scott Seiver will try to win his third bracelet today.
